Match report Greenwood Impresses but Boreham Firsts Lose
Losing the toss proved to be the gamebreaker for Boreham firsts as they lost by 9 wickets away at Terling. After a damp few days the pitch at Terling looked perfect for bowling and so it proved to be the case as with Boreham put into bat, they saw some good pace bowling restrict them to 135 all out with Wolfenden taking 5 for 35.

Jamie Greenwood top scored with 52 not out with good starts made by Kettley (22), Watts (21) and Lambert-Clarke (22) but with the pitch drying out in some afternoon sun it was evident early on that a bigger total was needed. After tea featuring some tremendous flapjack, Terling got off to a very quick start and a big hitting innings from Jagota saw Terling home with the loss of just one wicket to the ever energetic Ken Greenaway.
